The NatureHood program is all about connecting kids, families, newcomers, and marginalized communities to nature, right where they live.
Lots of things can make it hard to get into nature—like distance, lack of green spaces, or not knowing where to start. People are losing their connection to nature, so we decided to do something about it! We teamed up with partner groups from across the country to make it easier for everyone to get outside, explore, protect, and conserve nature through events, learning opportunities, stewardship, and wildlife observation.
