Nature Canada

The 2025 Nature Photo Contest Winner is…

Bull Moose in the Snow

“On a snowy evening, I drove up a snow-covered road and came across a bull moose standing by the roadside. I stopped to watch as he slowly moved along, then stepped into the middle of the road and paused. Suddenly, he gave a powerful shake, sending a spray of snow flying in every direction. I lifted my camera just in time to catch the spectacle. Taken in Jasper National Park.” – Simone Heinrich
