{"id":39767,"date":"2018-10-23T15:02:38","date_gmt":"2018-10-23T19:02:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/naturecanada.ictinus.net\/?page_id=39767"},"modified":"2019-01-23T16:30:01","modified_gmt":"2019-01-23T20:30:01","slug":"annual-general-meeting-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/naturecanada.ca\/fr\/your-voice-for-nature\/annual-general-meeting-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Annual General Meeting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As a democratic, grassroots non-profit organization, all of our resolutions are voted upon democratically by <a href=\"https:\/\/donate.naturecanada.ca\/ea-action\/action?ea.client.id=1909&amp;ea.campaign.id=32144&amp;ea.tracking.id=main\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nature Canada members <\/a>during our Annual General Meeting. Any Canadian can become a member of Nature Canada and all Nature Canada members have the right to vote in person or by proxy at our Annual General Meetings.<\/p>\n<p>Annual General Meetings are also the opportunity for Nature Canada members to exercise their right to vote on the slate of people being nominated to Nature Canada\u2019s Board of Directors.
